CrossFit Level 1 and 2
When I was 20 years old, I went to the doctor for a check up. The doctor told me that my cholesterol was extremely high and my triglycerides were off the charts. The doctor warned me that due to my family history, my unhealthy eating habits and lack of exercise, I would have heart disease before I was 35. This prompted me to look for a gym. The gym that I found was Kingman CrossFit. I have been on a mission to live a healthier lifestyle ever since. The community support and addictive nature of CrossFit has made it possible for me to remain active in the pursuit of a healthier lifestyle.
Motivation & Passion
I naturally love teaching but I especially love teaching athletes the fundamentals of movements. I like to teach the “why” instead of just how the movement needs to be done. Once athletes understand the why, they can correlate that to every day movements. Whether it’s on a sports field or around the house, good mechanics, strong joints and improved muscle function help our athletes to better perform.
