I took a 10 year break from working out and coaching when we started our family. But then I found CrossFit and fell in love with the challenge of learning new things and the idea of being strong and also in great cardio shape as well, I had never had that before. I started coaching CrossFit a year later and love the interaction with people and seeing the changes in their lives.
Motivation & Passion
I love coaching. Period. Whether it is kids in softball, performance training, one on one, or CrossFit classes. I am a people person and love to see the changes that CrossFit can bring in peoples lives. At age 50+ I feel like I am in the overall best shape I have ever been in. I may not lift as much or run as fast as I did when I was younger, but overall I am much healthier. I want to see others benefit the same way I have. I love working out. Not everyone does, but I hope I can help motivate them to improve the quality of their life over the long term.
